Second Skin Film
A transparent adhesive film applied over a freshly done tattoo to protect it during the first hours or days.
Also called second skin, this film forms a barrier against dirt, friction from clothing and contact with water in the first hours after the session. Some artists recommend changing it after a short period, while others suggest keeping it on for a few days, depending on the product and the tattoo's size. Since each brand and each artist has its own guidance on wear time and removal, it's always best to follow the specific instructions given during the session.
